Nothing is charged on this page. We'd rather know who you are and what you actually need before you spend anything — so you answer first, and the payment button only appears once your answers are in.

  1. You answer the questions below — about ten minutes. Almost all of them are dropdowns. It's how we write documents that describe your houses instead of generic ones.
  2. You see exactly what we'll write, then pay A$490 — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Afterpay in four interest-free instalments of A$122.50. One payment either way. A$490 is the full amount, nothing is added at checkout, and an invoice is issued.
  3. We write your pack within 2 business days and it arrives as editable Word documents, plus a step-by-step guide showing you screen by screen where each answer goes in the NDIS portal.
  4. You copy, paste, submit. No calls, no meetings, no chasing.

About your service

Most SIL houses have at least one without realising it counts. "Not sure" is a perfectly good answer and the safest one.

Answer these honestly, even when the honest answer is "none yet". An inflated answer produces a document that fails at the audit, when your support worker is asked the same question and says something different. "None yet" just becomes a dated action in your plan — which is what an auditor expects to see.

These trigger extra practice-standard modules the A$490 pack does not cover. If you select any of them we will not take your money — we save your answers and scope it properly instead.

Three or four sentences is plenty. If it helps, answer these in order: who is on in the morning and what happens, who is there overnight, what a hard day looks like and who gets called. Write it the way you would say it out loud — we do the formal wording.

Honest answer

We would rather lose the sale than sell you a pack that is short.

The A$490 pack is written for services up to six houses with standard supports. Yours needs more: extra practice-standard modules, wider audit sampling across sites, and answers that describe clinical governance the standard pack does not cover. If we sold it to you anyway, it would fall over at your Stage 2 interview and you would be the one holding it.
