Policies, procedures and registers built around how your houses actually run — reviewed by an ex-NDIS auditor before they reach you. Fixed price. 72 hours. Free rewrite if anything we wrote gets flagged.
That's the whole reason this service exists.
Auditors recognise copied documents instantly. Generic, untailored policies are one of the most common reasons providers fail — the Commission has said so publicly. You save $1,400 and risk the whole registration.
Good work, usually. But it's a quote-on-request process, it takes weeks, and for a provider running two or three houses it's a serious amount of money to find before you've even paid the auditor.
You tell us how your service actually works. We write your documents around it, an ex-NDIS auditor reviews them before they reach you, and it's a fixed price you know before you start.
Ten questions about your service. Within 24 hours you get a written report listing exactly which documents you're missing for a certification audit, and how many days you have left. Yours to keep — take it to any consultant you like. If you're already covered, we'll tell you that.
A detailed written questionnaire on how your houses actually run: participants, staffing, decision-making, incidents, restrictive practices. Answer in your own time and attach anything you already have. This is what makes the documents yours instead of someone else's.
Your full document set, written to the Core Module and the SIL module, including the newer standards most providers haven't covered yet: supported decision-making, safeguarding, practice governance, tenancy and support agreements.
Before anything reaches you, an experienced ex-NDIS certification auditor reviews the pack against what auditors actually look for in a Stage 1 and Stage 2. Their corrections go in before delivery, not after.
Editable files, an implementation checklist, and a recorded walkthrough video so your team knows exactly how to put everything into practice. If your auditor raises a non-conformity on something we wrote, we rewrite it at no cost until it's resolved.
One price, published, no quote-on-request.

Marco Parente. I build compliance documentation systems, with five years running Australian property compliance operations. I'm not an auditor — and that's the point of how this works: every pack is reviewed by an experienced ex-NDIS certification auditor before it reaches you, and you'll be told exactly who that reviewer is before you commit to anything. I'd rather tell you how it works openly than have you wonder.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Auditors assess your implementation — your staff, your live registers, your real practice — not only your paperwork. What we can guarantee is our own work: if a non-conformity relates to something we wrote, we rewrite it free until it's resolved.
The intake questionnaire is the whole point. Two providers with the same number of houses get materially different documents, because their staffing, decision-making and risk profiles are different. If it could be produced without detailed input from you, it would be a template — and templates are what fail.
The policy and procedure set covering the Core Module and the SIL module, incident, complaints and risk register formats set up to be used rather than filed, supported decision-making and restrictive-practice procedures, worker screening tracking, and a plain-English implementation checklist telling you what to have in place before Stage 2.
Yes — and honestly, that's often the better time. Applying is the easy part; the certification audit lands three to six months later, and that's where providers get caught out. The same pack works as audit preparation.
Free gap checks are running now. Delivery slots are limited while we're onboarding founding clients — the gap check will tell you where you stand and what the realistic timing looks like for your situation.
