Your seven answers are stored only in your own browser, in local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Nothing about the check reaches our servers, and we cannot see that you took it. Clear your browser data and it is gone.
Two exceptions, and you trigger both of them yourself. If you ask us to email you your result, or ask us to come back to you about it, your seven answers and your email address are sent to us at that point and stored with the rest of our enquiries. Nothing is sent before you press one of those two buttons, and if you never press one we never see that you took the check.
Your email address, and which form you used. Nothing else, no payment, and one email when the pack opens.
Whatever is in your email, kept in the mailbox so we can answer you and refer back to it.
Intake answers and uploaded files are stored on Supabase infrastructure in the ap-southeast-2 region (Sydney, Australia). Uploaded files sit in a private bucket that is not publicly readable and is not indexed. The site itself is served by Cloudflare.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The readiness check uses your browser's local storage so your answers survive if you close the tab — that stays on your device. We use Google Search Console, which reports on how the site appears in search results and does not identify individual visitors to us.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, which pages people read and roughly where in the world they are. It sets no cookie, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you to any other site, so it tells us how many people read a page and never which person you are. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing tied to you.
If you arrive from a link we sent, that link carries a campaign tag — which email list, which message. Your browser keeps that tag and it is attached to your enquiry if you go on to send us one, so we can tell which message was worth sending. It is a label on our own advert, not a profile of you, and if you never contact us it never leaves your browser.
Email hello@silready.com and you can ask us to show you everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We action requests within 30 days at no cost. If you ask us to delete your intake we will, but we cannot rewrite documents afterwards, because we will no longer know what your service does.
If you think we have mishandled your information you can complain to us first, or go straight to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. You do not have to come to us first.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and files are stored in a private bucket with access limited to the people writing your documents. No system is perfect and anyone who tells you theirs is should not be believed. If we ever have a breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the OAIC, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
