Leave us a review and get A$50 back. That makes it A$440.

You pay A$490, your pack arrives, you tell us honestly what you thought of it — good or bad — and A$50 goes straight back to the card you paid with. Your real price is A$440.

0 reviews so far.

We opened in July 2026 and nobody has had a pack long enough to write one yet. When the first arrives it goes here unedited, good or bad, and this number changes. We would rather print the zero than leave the page looking like an oversight.

This page is the policy. The reviews land here, underneath it. In the order they arrive, with the critical ones in the same list as the positive ones. Nothing is sorted, filtered or hidden, and nothing is ever removed. We publish the policy first and on purpose, so that the rules are fixed before the first review lands and cannot be quietly changed afterwards.
In the meantime, judge the work, not the reviews.

A review tells you what someone else thought. The work tells you directly. We publish four of the 26 answers in full — the real thing, the real length, for a fictional provider — plus every one of the 26 portal questions and the evidence an auditor asks for against each. Read one answer end to end. If the writing is not better than what you would get elsewhere, no review was going to convince you anyway.

Why the offer exists

Compliance documentation is bought before it can be judged: an auditor reads it three to nine months later. That makes an honest account from someone who has actually used it worth a great deal — to you, and to us.

Plenty of sites solve that by writing testimonials themselves. We will not. Under the Australian Consumer Law that is illegal, and it would make everything else on this site worthless.

So we pay for real ones, we pay the same whether the review helps us or hurts us, and we tell you we paid.

The offer

A$50 back, to the card you paid with

  1. You buy the SIL Self-Assessment Pack and we deliver it. The offer only applies after delivery — we are not paying for a review of something you haven't received.
  2. You write an honest review, within 7 days of delivery. Two sentences is enough. Seven days is the same window you already have to check the pack against your real service, so it is one sitting rather than two — and a review written while the pack is still open in front of you is worth more to the next reader than one written from memory a month later. Say what was good, what was not, and whether you would tell another provider to use us.
  3. We refund A$50 to the same card, through Square. Usually within one business day. Not a voucher, not credit, not a discount on something else — your money, back.
  4. We publish it on this page, unedited, with your business name or first name only, whichever you prefer, and labelled so the next reader knows A$50 was refunded for it.

The rules we've bound ourselves to

The A$50 is not conditional on what you say. A one-star review saying the writing was generic and we were slow is paid exactly the same as a five-star one. If the payment depended on the sentiment, the reviews would be worthless to the next reader — and misleading conduct under the Australian Consumer Law.
Every review is labelled. Each published review carries the line "A$50 refunded for this review" so you can weigh it accordingly. The ACCC's position is that an incentive must be disclosed, and we agree with the reasoning: an undisclosed incentive is a lie by omission.
We publish every review we receive, including the ones that hurt. Not the best ones. Not a selection. All of them, in the order they arrive.
We will never remove or edit a negative review, and we will never contact a reviewer to ask them to change one. We may reply publicly underneath it — that's it.
No fake reviews, ever. Not written by us, not bought, not solicited from friends, not from anyone who has not actually paid for and received the pack.
One A$50 per order, claimed within 7 days of delivery. Not per review, not per person. And it's genuinely optional — skip it and nothing changes about your pack or your guarantees.

What this costs us, in plain numbers

What it costs us if the review is badA$50 and a public record of it. That's the point of the offer.
Read the reviews sceptically anyway. A paid review is still a paid review, even a disclosed one. People are naturally a little kinder to someone who just gave them money back — that bias is real and we can't remove it by disclosing it. Treat these reviews as one input, not proof. The stronger evidence is the four finished answers you can read in full at /kit before spending anything, because that is the actual work rather than an opinion about it.

If you'd rather not take the A$50

Say so and we won't send it. Your review is published exactly the same way, with the label changed to "no payment taken for this review". Some people will prefer that, and it makes their review worth more.

How to claim it

Reply to your delivery email with your review, or send it to hello@silready.com with your order reference. Tell us how you want to be named — business name, first name only, or anonymous. Anonymous reviews are published too, and labelled as anonymous.
