Accessibility and alternative formats

Last updated 31 July 2026.

The short versionIf any part of this website or the pack you buy does not work for you, email hello@silready.com and say what you need. We will send it in a format that does, free, within one business day. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to have bought anything.

1. Why this page exists

We sell documentation into the disability sector. It would be a poor look to do that on a website that only works one way, and a worse one to hand a provider a pack their own participants could not be shown. So this is not a compliance page — it is a list of things you can actually ask us for.

2. What you can ask for, free

Ask by email. There is no form, no account, and no assessment. "Send me the pack in large print" is a complete request.

3. What we have already done to this site

4. What we have not done, honestly

This site has not been through a formal independent WCAG audit. We have tested it ourselves against WCAG 2.1 AA and fixed what we found, and that is a weaker claim than an audited one. We would rather tell you that than imply a certificate we do not hold.

The sample answers at /kit are a long, dense page by nature. If it is unreadable for you, ask and we will send the same content as a plain document.

5. No phone calls — and what we do instead

We do not take phone calls, video calls or screen shares. That is a deliberate choice about how the whole service runs, not an accessibility decision, and we know it suits some people and not others. What we offer instead is email that a real person answers within one business day, in whatever format you ask for, with everything in writing so you can re-read it and show it to someone else.

If email is the barrier for you and a call is what you need, we are not the right supplier for you, and we would rather say so plainly than take your money.

6. If we get it wrong

Email hello@silready.com and tell us what did not work. We will fix it or send you a version that works, and if we cannot, you get a full refund under our terms. Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 or the Australian Consumer Law.
